  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp milk (as needed for consistency)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by combining warm milk and yeast; let it sit until foamy. Mix in melted butter, sugar, salt, and egg. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms and knead until smooth.
  2. Allow the dough to rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size.
  3. For the filling, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, chopped strawberries, and strawberry jam until smooth.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle; spread the cheesecake filling evenly over it.
