  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt (divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
  3. Carefully cut pockets into each chicken breast using a sharp knife.
