  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices cooked Turkey Bacon
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 2 brioche buns, toasted
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from canned chipotles in adobo)
  • ½ tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness. Rub with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Add cheese during the last minute to melt.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, adobo sauce, and lime juice for the chipotle mayo.
  4. Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
  5. Assemble by spreading chipotle mayo on both buns and layering with avocado, grilled chicken with melted cheese, Turkey Bacon, and any additional toppings.
  6. Serve hot alongside fries or salad.
