  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 5 medium-sized potatoes, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce (enough to coat chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Prepare the potatoes by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl until evenly coated.
  2. Layer the seasoned potatoes in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken on top of the potatoes and spread minced garlic evenly over the chicken.
  5. Pour enough Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to coat the chicken thoroughly.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are tender.
  7. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over everything in the slow cooker to melt.
