  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare shrimp by peeling and deveining; cut asparagus into pieces and slice mushrooms.
