  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Open the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into four pieces, reserving the icing for later.
  3. In a gallon-sized resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal the bag, and shake until well coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine brown sugar with melted butter until smooth.
  5. Arrange the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40–50 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate; drizzle reserved icing mixed with remaining pumpkin pie spice over the top.
