  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • 1 stem from a bell pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay cling wrap on your counter and sprinkle â…“ cup of shredded cheddar in the center. Spoon the cheese mixture over it.
  3. Cover with the remaining cheddar and wrap tightly using the cling wrap, forming a round shape.
  4. Use rubber bands to mold it into a pumpkin shape and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Remove rubber bands and cling wrap before decorating with a bell pepper stem.
