  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces shredded provolone cheese
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  2. Add sliced sirloin steak; cook until browned.
  3. Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes; stir well.
  4. Season with Worcestershire sauce, thyme, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for at least 30 minutes.
