  • 1/2 pound boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 pound andouille sausage
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Toss shrimp and chicken with Cajun seasoning.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear chicken until golden; remove and set aside.
  4. Cook shrimp in the same skillet until pink; set aside.
  5. Brown sliced andouille sausage in the skillet.
