  • 2 cups cooked + shredded organic chicken breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups organic chicken stock
  • 3 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour
  • 56 organic sundried tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste, organic
  • 1 1/2 cups organic heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsps cooking apple vinegar (or substitute with chicken stock)
  • 1/2 lemon, freshly-squeezed
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup freshly-grated parmesan
  • 1 Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour and Tuscan Marry Me blend; cook for 2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth.
  3. Add shredded chicken, sundried tomatoes, tomato paste, sea salt, cooking apple vinegar, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in gnocchi and heavy cream; cook for 5-7 minutes until gnocchi are tender.
  5. Fold in chopped kale until wilted, then top with freshly grated parmesan cheese before serving.
