  • 2 ripe mangos (peeled & diced) or 1 ½ cups frozen mango (thawed & drained)
  • 23 habanero peppers (stemmed & seeded)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • ½ cup water (adjust for consistency)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and habaneros in olive oil over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Transfer to a blender and add diced mango, honey, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, and water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Return the mixture to the pan and simmer on medium-low heat for 10–12 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Taste and adjust flavor with honey or vinegar as desired. Cool before storing.
