  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice zucchinis into sticks (½ inch square and 2–3 inches long) and chop the onion into quartered slices.
