Instructions

  1. Prepare cranberries: Rough chop and set aside.
  2. Cream together butter, sugar, and orange zest using a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add flour and vanilla extract; pulse briefly until dough forms.

  5. Shape dough into a log, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least 3 hours.
