  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar together, whisking continuously until combined. Boil for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the arranged crackers, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 4 minutes until bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle white chocolate chips on top; let them sit for a couple of minutes to melt.
  7. Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the cracker base, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mix.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into pieces.
