Instructions

  1. For brown butter, melt in a saucepan over medium heat until foamy and browned bits form. Cool in a bowl.
  2. Prepare pumpkin puree by blotting excess moisture from canned pumpkin.

  4. In another bowl, mix cooled brown butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup until combined. Add egg yolk and pumpkin; mix well.
