  • 4 slices Center Cut Turkey Bacon
  • 1 White Onion, finely diced
  • 1 Poblano or Bell Pepper, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Turkey Breakfast Sausage
  • 1 packet Chili Seasoning
  • 28 oz can Fire Roasted Crushed Tomatoes
  • 34 cups Beef Broth

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a Dutch oven over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the diced onion and pepper for about 2-3 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30-60 seconds.
  3. Add the raw turkey sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned.
  4. Stir in the chili seasoning, crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and crumbled turkey bacon. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes.
